There are two ways to set administrator functions: individual and batch settings.

Setting Administrator Functions Individually
Individually set administrator functions for registered teachers.
- Select [ Teacher mgmt].
- Open the option menu for the account you want to edit and select [Change].
- Select the checkboxes for individual administrator function settings and select [Change].
MEMO
The checkboxes for individual settings are not displayed for accounts with the “Administrator” role.
You can set the checked functions individually. Select [?] shown to the right of each function to display its details.

If you change the [Teacher] role to [Administrator], the individual settings are hidden. The checked statuses in the individual settings persist even if you change the role.
If you select the [Administrator] role, the above three administrator functions are granted.
Status
For the relationship between the role and status, refer to the figure below.
Important
If you edit fields and then reset the status to [Invalid] again, you cannot select [Change] or any fields other than the status while preserving the edited fields/checked states.
Batch Setting Administrator Functions
Batch set administrator functions for registered teachers.
Setting from the [Import] Menu
In the [Import] menu, select [Register new ID] or [Change registration data] to download a template file. Set as follows:

Student management | For a teacher who uses the student management function, enter “1” (single byte). |
Class management | For a teacher who uses the class management function, enter “1” (single byte). |
Lesson management | For a teacher who uses the lesson management function, enter “1” (single byte). |
MEMO
For the Administrator role, no input is necessary.

Setting from the [Batch Process] Menu
- Select [ Teacher mgmt].
- Select the desired registration information for individual settings.
- In the [Batch process] menu, select [Individual administrator function settings].
MEMO
If any of the selected accounts has the Administrator role, an error dialog is displayed.
- Set the following items in the dialog.
No. | Details |

① | The number of the accounts to be set is displayed. |
② | If this is checked, the management function is set for the selected teachers. If the individual settings are already configured for any of the selected teachers, they are overwritten with the settings changed in this dialog. |
③ | If one or more items are checked, the completion dialog is displayed. If none is checked, the dialog for confirming that all is to be disabled is displayed. |
MEMO
If all items are unchecked, the dialog for confirming that all is to be disabled is displayed.
If you select [Disable all], all the individual administrator function settings are batch disabled for the selected teachers.
